Brambles Vegan Guest House
Footprint Media provided consultancy on domain name registration and web hosting, designed a new website and setup search engine friendly domain-forwarding from the old website to the new one. On behalf of Brambles, we also contacted the webmasters of those websites that pointed to the old website and asked them to update their listings. The new Brambles website utilises Flash animation for the combined introduction, menu and banners, yet the website is fully search engine friendly. The new Brambles website ranks at number 1 with Google for the target search terms. The former Brambles website had been the victim of spam that forced the closure of their email account. Footprint Media set up a anti-spam contact form that does not reveal the recipient's email address. This year, we converted this website to a Joomla! content-managed website. The site now has a Google Maps API location map component and the client may consider adding an online date booking confirmation system and modifying the existing guest book so that their customers can post their own feedback on their stay. |
