This portal provides staff with the latest Council Tax billing and recovery information, login links to external partners' websites and other and tools necessary to deliver the best experience possible when dealing with customers over the phone or face-to-face. The main objective of this portal is to reduce the amount of time it takes to answer a query, thereby freeing the telephone line and the operative for the next customer. As this is an intranet site, there is no link to the site. |
